Welcome to Hawaii Kai
An upscale Oahu planned suburb offering the utmost luxury to residents
Hawaii Kai is Oahu's first planned suburb, located 12 miles east of downtown Honolulu. Henry J. Kaiser, a famous industrialist who envisioned a perfect suburban town, built the former fishpond and wetland region in the 1960s. Hawaii Kai now has over 30,000 residents and offers a wide range of retail and dining options, as well as first-rate schools and a wide range of recreational activities such as hiking, snorkeling, boating, jet skiing, and more. Hawaii Kai is a marina community on the island of Oahu's southeast corner. It's a stunning area with breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains, and valleys.
The Hawaii Kai Shopping Center is home to a variety of stores and restaurants, as well as live entertainment and family-friendly events. Many waterfront amenities are nearby, as well as opportunities for residents to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather on an invigorating hike.
